iCarly: Season 1, Episode 12Description- (description from Wikipedia) After Carly gets a B+ on her history paper (because her history teacher, Mr. Devlin [Adrain Neil] doesn't like 3-hole punched paper, a minor technicality), Carly gets upset because she wanted to get straight A's, and this grade prevents her from doing so. Spencer creates a giant 'A' in pre-celebration, after he buys a Japanese lamp that only turns on-and-off after uttering a special word (rampu!). After overhearing Principal Franklin's [Tim Russ] username and password to the school's network, Sam changes Carly's grade to give Carly the straight A's she deserves, and she changes Freddie's grade so she doesn't have to pay him the $40 she owes him. After finding out about this, however, Carly feels guilty about the hacking, so Carly and Freddie try to change it back, but get stopped by the Computer Security Agency and Principal Franklin. They cover themselves by telling Principal Franklin that they were making sure it was his birthday, and Carly gave him her microwave oven. Feeling guilty, she tells Spencer, who tells her that she has to decide which is more important, keeping a promise (because she promised Sam not to tell) or telling the truth. This leads to her telling Principal Franklin that she was responsible for everything without realizing that Freddie did the same. Then Sam tells Principal Franklin it was her fault, which it was. Principal Franklin lets Carly and Freddie off the hook, provided that he can keep the microwave, but he gives Sam detention.
