Easter PoemMidnight's Easter Poem
Here's a little reminder to all of you's,
It may come in handy if you think it through.
About this little holiday that comes in the spring,
I'll tell you right now in case your'e wondering.
Easter's meaning is not baskets or candy,
It's about something that's quite more dandy.
It's about this man who gave up his life
to save the whole world, even you, from strife.
But, wait! Three days later, he rose from the dead!
I just wanted to tell you and get that in your head.
Let me tell you one thing before I run out of breath.
That this man, who was God, loved you to death.
iSaved Your Life ReviewMidnight's iSaved Your Life Review
OKAY, I know I do this alot, but I will first say SOOOOO SORRY for the delay on this. A family event was going on and I was PACKED (and I am NOT exaggerating). So, that is why this review is late.
Okay, so iSaved Your Life. Big Episode as far as character development. Yah, really big. Carly and Freddie kiss. Like 5 times. I started thinking there was too many kisses on kiss #2. Yah, too much kissing. I think even some Creddiers think that.
I really think Mrs. Benson would NEVER let Carly marry Freddie. She hates her. So, thats a point for Seddiers at least!
"You know, where I come from we don't call them lollipops." "Well then, what do you call them?" "Suckers!" XD HAHAHA That is pure genius.
Now, the epic part of the episode. Sam and Freddie in the hallway. Sam warns Freddie and tells him that Carly only loves him for what he did, NOT for who he is. Sam is HELPING Freddie. Giving him advic
iBelieve in Bigfoot ReviewMidnight's iBelieve in Bigfoot Review
This episode REALLY made me laugh. Like more than usual. IDK, but Dan put alot more LOL moments in there. X3 Spencer's whole Beavecoon thing was hilarious and I love how Sam and Freddie FIGHT every episode. It's like a normal thing. OH YESH, JUST REMEMBERED, that one scientist's book, BIGFOOT: True or Real? XD XD I laughed whenever he brought up his book again. And doesn't true and real practically mean the same thing?? XD XD
CUTE SEDDIE THINGER: It just made me smile when Freddie came to Sam'e locker and said "Hey" really cutely. :3 He is getting MORE AND MORE used to her...............I also like how he is Mr. Goody Goody.
F: "Making people scream at each other isn't fun."
S: "Just watch."
When Carly went, "Bigfoot?" after hearing her name in the forest, was just priceless.
A scene that I hope will become classic in iCarly was the scene when they ALL pop there head through th
iPsycho ReviewMidnightAvatartist8's Review for iPsycho
WOOOOOAHHHH!!!! This be-ith a CRAZY episode, hence the title. Nora seriously, FREAKS ME OUT. O_O Like when she goes, "OOOHHHHHHHHHH, iCARLY?!?!?!?!" through that little window of her door. O_O I just went, "Ew...." She also made me kinda mad because I was like, "LET THEM GO ALREADY!!!!" Glad she went to prison.
I think Gibby and Spencer have this GREAT comedic chemistry that showed in this episode. The whole camping thinger...with the home improvement, and the plastic bag tent, and GUPPY'S FIRST APPEARANCE!!!!!! X3 He is TOO cute. It STILL cracks me up that Gibby's mom is so skinny and pretty and her sons are......well..... different. XD
Who else thought Guppy's spastic outbursts of "Happy Birthday!" reminded them of Frosty the Snowman??? Because I sure did think so!
POOR CLOWN! HE DIED!!!! D,: It's confirmed he died because on the little radio/walkie talkie thing you can hear it sa
Jill the LlamaJill the Llama
In the rolling hills of the Aztecs, where an abundance of beasts roam, there is one particular spot by the coastline, where a family of llamas lived. The mother, Gretta, was giving birth to a little one. Since it was common for the whole village to see the newborn immediately after it is out, everyone waited outside the cave that Gretta was in. Inside, Tim and Loretta (Grettas husband and Grettas mother), saw the delivery. It was a healthy baby girl. Or at least she looked healthy .
Tim brought the cria out of the cavern to show the newest member of their village. All the animals cheered and sung, in harmony (concert B flat), the national Chorale of Birth. It went,
Today Today Today,
Today Today Today
Of course, this was not the end of the joyous tune. The next part stated the babys name. But, alas, they didnt know the young ones name.
2 jellyfish, rock, seaweedtwo jellyfish, a rock, and some talking seaweed.
Once there was 2 jellyfish. They were best friends, a boy and a girl. The boy was named Gleepin and the girl was named Bloopenburger. They were floating around the Pacific one day when they came upon a rock. Since Gleepin was rather daring and had some anger issues (dont fear; he has therapy 2 times a week), he decided he would throw the rock. He didnt know where, he just wanted to throw it. Bloopenburger was a rather shy little invertebrate, so she didnt sat anything about Gleepins sudden urge of craziness. So, right when Gleepins tentacle was to throw the rock, he heard a voice and paused.
What do you think youre doing?
Gleepin looked around to see who said this. No others were in the seaweed field. He was about to throw it again when he heard that same squeaky voice.
Hey! I asked you something!
Gleepin looked beside him and saw a piece of seaweed. It had a face! *gasp* He was
How to Judge a Book by its CoverWhen it comes to the "literature" from the Young Adult section at the library, I think it's gotten to the point that you can indeed judge a book by its cover.
Just because something is a book, does not mean that it doesn't make you stupid. Sometimes books can be brain-rotting, even more so than a good old, wholesome cartoon, if I may be so bold.
Today I will show you a guide about how to judge a book by its cover; that way you can conveniently know what books to avoid and which you decide are tolerable.
WARNING!!!!!!!! DO NOT CONFUSE THESE FOR GOOD BOOKS THAT HAVE SOME OF THE SAME TRAITS.
Okay, carry on:
Charlie Jackson is a teenage boy who is off to save the world from an evil foe. He and his best friend: Conveniently-Loyal-Steve, the girl he secretly admires for some unknown reason even though she's a huge jerk: Girls-Have-To-Be-Perfect-And-Tough-Or-Else-It's-Sexist-Jane, set off as an "unlikely" trio on a cliche adventure peppered with mostly sarca
Top 12 Problems with Naruto's Final Arc
I leap and roll off of the train and watch it crash off a cliff.
Things have become so stupid, convoluted and contrived that I no longer care about how the Naruto series ends. Kishimoto has demonstrated that he doesn't give a damn about story consistency and he's just going to do whatever the hell he wants regardless of if it makes sense.
It's his story, so technically he can do that. But that doesn't mean that he should.
When a writer just ignores their own set rules and starts doing whatever the hell they want, then it shows in the story and weakens it. Things like Deus Ex Machina/Diabolus Ex Machina are employed when the writer writes themselves into a corner with no other way out; Handwaves are meant to direct the audience away from plotholes so that they can "enjoy" the show; or even jump sharking just to get a cheap reaction from the audience.
There's a lot of them, but some are just symptoms of the disease or signals from noise. Stuff like Naruto disregarding Hinata's
Writing Rants: Short ChaptersI've started "Writing Rants" to let out some steam about various problems with online stories (*cough cough* WATTPAD *cough cough*). This series is meant for every reader/writer. No matter if you're looking for ways to improve your writing, if you've also wanted to rant but could never find the words, or if you simply like rants in general, I hope you will enjoy this series.
Sometimes I will use "Soul" (my fanfiction) as an example for things, but in no way does this mean that I think it's perfect, because it's far from it.
On with the rant!
Let me clarify one thing: I know it's hard to write long chapters, especially for new writers. When I started writing, my chapters were only a couple hundred words long. Heck, I'd be happy if I managed to get over a thousand, let alone the 2000-4000 words I currently write for "Soul". So don't assume that short chapters are automatically bad, because that's not what I'm trying to say. It just really annoys me sometimes when they're short for no
Somepony to Watch Over Me - ReviewThis review will contain spoilers for those who have not seen the latest episode.
The premise of this episode is that Applebloom tries to convince Applejack that she doesn't need her to constantly watch over her all the time.
From that brief description of the premise, you can tell that this episode is going to heavily feature the relationship between Applebloom and Applejack, and on that note I couldn't be more excited for this episode. These two were literally the first siblings introduced in the series and yet, in spite of that, we've had virtually no time whatsoever devoted to their relationship aside from episodes showing the two more as side-characters, or how Applejack regards her family as a whole. This always bugged me as we've seen in the past that episode focusing on siblings, like in "Sisterhooves Social" or my personal favourite episode "A Canterlot Wedding", that such stories can be very good. As such, regardless of what else I may feel about it, I praise the episode for
Dressed to DecieveHiking in the mountains of Utah, Coty Creighton spotted a goat that didn’t look like the rest of the herd. A closer look revealed that the unusual animal was actually a man dressed as a goat. When authorities contacted the man, he described his costume as a painter’s suit covered in fleece, and he said he was testing his disguise for a hunting trip.
The hunter’s deception reminds me of Jesus’ words: “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves” (Matthew 7:15). False teachers do not bear the fruit of God’s Spirit. Rather, they “walk according to the flesh…and despise authority” (2 Peter 2:10). They are bold, egotistical, and given to greed. Ruled by their own desires, they exploit people by using deceptive words. The Bible says these wayward spiritual leaders are headed for destruction and will take many unsuspecting and undiscerning people with them.
Jesus, the Good She
How to do a RP [Tutorial]For everyone who don't know how to do a RP and wants to know how to do it. Here are some of the basic steps you need to know how it works.
What is a RP? It is know as Roleplaying. You play as a certain from TV show or a character that is original.
Step 1: Choose a fandom
This is one of the first things you have to do. You have to choose a fandom that you are gonna do a RP in. If you do a crossover fandom RPs, you need to have an explanation how they got there, don't just put them in because you want to.
Step 2: Choose a character
This is kind of important thing to do before you start a RP, you have to pick a character either be a canon character or an OC, if you do a RP without a character, then people with know that you're playing as yourself. So, yeah picking a character is just simple.
Step 3: Make a plot
Most RPs have to revolve around a certain plot and it has to be where a character gets into these situations or predicaments that it has to have a reasonable p

What happens when you take a brony musician and mix him with Dream Theater, Ayreon, and a bit of Avantasia, with a side touch of Trent Reznor mixing?
You get this album:

What else can I say? It's brony stylized music with a concrete storyline that is something Ajren Lucassen, creator and visionary of Ayreon, would plan for his own albums, combined with the vocal style of Dream Theater's James LeBrie, the mix techniques of Dream Theater meeting po
Logic's Expectations: Rebuild of Evangelion 4.0
To be perfectly blunt, I'm certain that this movie will suck.
Normally, I'm the guy who won't bash an unreleased product and will wait and see before I give a final opinion on if it's good or bad. I went into Soul Calibur V assuming that it would be awesome because previous games in the Soul Calibur series were awesome. I wasn't a huge Final Fantasy fan, but I didn't go from Final Fantasy XII into Final Fantasy XIII expecting the latter to suck, especially since I thought XII was great. I also didn't go into Rebuild of Evangelion 3.0 expecting it to suck after the immensely satisfying experience that I had watching Rebuild of Evangelion 2.0...
Considering my views on Rebuild of Evangelion 3.0, I believe that its fair to go ahead and call the final Rebuild movie a dud.
However, I want you to understand that I didn't come to this assumption lightly and I actually tried to pick at straws and potential ways that this next installment could in fact be good. But Rebuild 3.0 left such a mess
iGet Pranky ReviewMidnight's Review for iGet Pranky
I have dubbed this episode: one of the funniest episode EVUR. EVURRRRRRRRRRRR.
The part that made me LOL the most was Spencer's flashback and his pranking spree.
The flashback was one of those moments where it was supposed to be like....scary and dramatic. But, at the same time, it was funny. Spencer as a kid was EPIC. The guy TOTALLY looked like him and the voiceover of Modern Spencer's voice CRACKED ME UP. XDD
The pranking spree was EPIC because
1) The song was upbeat and AWESOME
2) Spencer was playing these stupid, yet laughable pranks on everyone. XDD
Spoon hat. I want one. YOU?
Sam "admitted" she had a "crush" on Spencer. DON'T BE DOWN, SEDDIERS. Do you know WHY she said this?! Well, who else was listening to this??? HMM? A certain FREDDIO. Yeah. She wanted Freddie to hear her say that...to URK him. Since she does that best. She wanted him JEALOUS. THAT'S how her mind works. Did you even SEE Freddie/Sp
Genghis Whenever we were bad my mother used to take us to the mall to see Genghis Kahn. They kept him in a dusty diorama of a Mongolian steppe, all tall grass and yurts. He sat on a throne of bone (well, plastic shaped like bone), scowling in incomprehension at the American kids who flocked around him like startled lemmings. My mother would usually push us toward him, saying things like “Tell him what you did to your father’s stamp collection.” Genghis would give a grunt, spit a wad of phlegm onto the tall grass, and give us a wizened, wrinkled grimace, as if he had to go to the bathroom.
He terrified me.
My brother couldn’t get enough of him.
When my brother got caught in my mother’s evening dress, my mother grabbed us both and dragged us to Genghis. It was a slow day, and we were the only kids crowding him. “Tell him what you did,” my mother hissed a
